It is my proud privilege and honour to be the Principal of Ramaiah Institute of Legal Studies (RILS), Bangalore. Education is a shared commitment between dedicated teachers, motivated students and enthusiastic parents with high expectations. The role of an academic Institute is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower its students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and productive members of an everchanging global society. At RILS we provide our students an atmosphere for multifaceted development and this can only be possible in a holistic student centric environment. RILS is striving hard to make the best possible efforts to inculcate strong values through discipline combining with academics and extra-curricular activities in the students. My role as Principal is to keep up with latest trends and research and be an active partner in the professional Development. As Principal, I use all tools available to inspire staff, students and parents to work together to promote student achievement and well-being. I also enjoy celebrating success and acknowledge hard work of Staff, Students and Parents and believe this is one of the contributors’ fundamental to a happy academic environment. All staff, students and parents should feel valued and appreciated. I look forward for the Guidance, Support and encouragement from all the concerned.
